What can I expect during a reflexology session?
Upon your first visit, I will provide an intake form to be filled out which provides me with a brief insight into your medical history. I will use this information to better understand how I can best curate a session for your specific health and wellness needs.
For the hands-on portion of the session, you will be invited to lay on a comfortable and relaxing massage table where I will provide reflexology on your feet. If you require separate accommodations, such as a reclining chair instead, please let me know.
You will be fully clothed during your session, the bodywork provided is specific to your feet and lower legs.
This is your time to rest and receive - so whether you’d like to chat or ask questions during, meditate quietly, or fall into a restful sleep - is completely up to you!
What should I wear to a reflexology session?
Please plan to wear whatever clothing is comfortable for you, it is recommended to wear pants/bottoms that allow access to your lower legs, as that area is included in the reflexology bodywork.

How often should I receive reflexology sessions?

What if I have more questions?
Please feel free to reach out if you would like to know more before scheduling an appointment! If you already have a session scheduled, there is always time before, during, and after the session to go over any questions that may surface.
